We’re so glad you’re excited about our Highland & Home collections — some of our most popular items are available for preorder so you can reserve them before they sell out!
Here’s everything you need to know about placing a preorder:
What is a Preorder?
A preorder allows you to reserve an item before it arrives at our warehouse. This ensures you don’t miss out on limited-run or restocked designs. You’ll be charged at checkout, and your order will ship as soon as the item becomes available.
Estimated Shipping Timeline
Each product page will include an estimated delivery window. Please note that preorder timelines are based on supplier estimates and may shift slightly due to unforeseen delays (we’ll always keep you updated if that happens!).
Mixed Orders (Preorder + In-Stock Items)
If your cart contains both in-stock and preorder items, your entire order may be held until the preorder item arrives.
To avoid delays, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and preorder items. This ensures your in-stock items ship right away.
Shipping Fees for Preorders
Because preorder items may ship separately, an additional shipping fee may apply if you combine preorders with in-stock items in one transaction. We’ll reach out to confirm any necessary adjustments.
Changes or Cancellations
Please note: All pre-orders are FINAL. We do not accept cancellations or offer refunds on pre-order items. We process our inventory based on your reservation.
