We offer pre-orders on select items to allow our customers to secure their purchase before the item is available from our distributor. Once the item arrives, we will fulfill your order promptly and notify you via email with shipping details.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

We are a small business, and all orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving payment unless otherwise specified for pre-orders or custom items.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside of the U.S., please contact us at highlandandhome@gmail.com to inquire about international shipping availability.
Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that shipping delays due to carriers are beyond our control.
