We want you to love your Highland & Home purchase! If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.

Returns must be approved and requested within 30 days of purchase.

To start a return, email us at highlandandhome@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds & Cancellations

If a customer places an order and requests a cancellation before the order has been shipped, we are happy to process the refund for the purchase amount (Note: Does not apply to preordered items - see preorder policy). Please note that the original payment processing fee is nonrefundable. This fee covers the costs incurred during the transaction and cannot be returned, even if the order is canceled prior to shipment.

If a customer requests a cancellation after an order has already been shipped, we are able to refund the purchase amount for the returned items once they are received in their original condition. Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable. This means that the original shipping fee will not be returned, as it covers the cost of delivering the order to you.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement.
