Preorder Policy
We’re so glad you’re excited about our Highland & Home collections. Some of our most popular items are offered as preorders, allowing you to reserve them before they arrive or sell out.
Please review the following information carefully before placing a preorder.
What Is a Preorder?
A preorder allows you to reserve an item before it arrives at our warehouse.
By placing a preorder:

You acknowledge that the item is not currently in stock

You authorize full payment for the item at checkout

You understand that fulfillment will occur once the item becomes available
Estimated Shipping Timeline
Each preorder product page includes an estimated delivery window. These dates are estimates only and are subject to change due to supplier, manufacturing, or transit delays beyond our control.
Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
Shipping & Shipping Charges for Preorders
Shipping for preorder items is not charged at checkout.
Once your preorder item arrives and is ready to ship:

Shipping costs will be calculated based on destination and package size

You will receive a separate shipping invoice

Orders will ship only after shipping has been paid
If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items:

Items may ship separately

Additional shipping charges may apply
Shipping charges are non-refundable once shipment has occurred.
Orders with In-Stock + Preorder Items
Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may be held until the preorder item arrives or shipped separately at our discretion.
To avoid delays or additional shipping charges, we strongly recommend placing separate orders.
Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
All preorder items are final sale.
Once a preorder is placed:

Orders cannot be canceled

Items cannot be refunded or exchanged

Payment is non-refundable, including in cases of delay
Preorders are placed with our suppliers specifically based on customer reservations.
Customer Acknowledgment
By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to:
