• Returns must be approved and requested within 30 days of purchase.

• To start a return, email us at highlandandhome@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds & Cancellations

• If a customer places an order and requests a cancellation before the order has been shipped, we are happy to process a refund for the purchase amount (Note: This does not apply to preordered items — see preorder policy). Please note that the original payment processing fee is nonrefundable. This fee covers the costs incurred during the transaction and cannot be returned, even if the order is canceled prior to shipment.

• If a customer requests a cancellation after an order has already been shipped, we can provide a refund for the returned items once they are received in their original condition. 

• Please note that: Shipping costs are nonrefundable, as they cover the expense of delivering the order to you. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return items.

• Returns of items that are not damaged will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement.
